Ten Men City triple

Despite losing Mangala to a red card, Manchester City managed to close down Southampton’s game and come away with 3 points with 3 goals scored. Yaya Toure broke the goal-less deadlock early on in the second half, then soon after coming on, Frank Lampard scored a second, and Gael Clichy couldn’t fail to finish from a great shot planted at his feet from Sergio Aguero. The win reduces the gap between City and Chelsea to 6 points.

Nice to see Lampard back in action!

That man just keeps on scoring! I wouldn’t be surprised if his loan spell gets extended at Man City, although seeing him in pale blue still makes me do a double take!
